Each year, you have the option to review your health plan benefits and choose another health care plan or make benefit changes if you choose.  This is a great opportunity to sign up for the best plan that fits the needs of you and your family. 
 
During annual enrollment, if eligible, you may:
  • Enroll in or change health plans
  • Enroll in pre-tax Flexible Spending Account benefits
  • Apply for the buy-out option
  • Apply for Long Term Disability
    • This may be done at any time during the year
  • Apply for Optional Life Insurance
  • This may be done at any time during the year
  • Opt in or out of pre-tax premium basic life and health insurance deductions
 
Be sure to review the GIC Benefit Decision Guide for benefit and rate changes effective July 1, 2017.  Your GIC coordinator will be able to provide you with this guide.
