MOU Signed Amending Shift Differential Pay Language

NAGE has negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding with the Commonwealth to amend contract language regarding shift differential pay.
The MOU amends Article 7, Section 7.7 of the Units 1, 3, and 6 contracts by adding section "D," which states: "... employees who are regularly scheduled to work second or third shift shall receive the shift differential payment for all shifts that they are on paid leave status, including holidays."
The provisions of this MOU are effective June 8, 2008.
Attending the May 14th official signing of the MOU were: Unit 1, Local 291 President Jack Donegan; Unit 1, Local 292 President John Mann; Unit 3, Local 219 President Leo Munroe; Unit 6, Local 207 President Theresa McGoldrick; and Unit 6, Local 282 President Greg Sorozan.
