Opposition to Elimination of Appeal Board Heating Up

NAGE is seeing rapidly growing support for its opposition to Insurance Commissioner Nonnie Burnes' plan to eliminate the Insurance Board of Appeal.
The Boston Globe on Monday wrote a story that included reference to the flyers we distributed last week at several state buildings. Then today, the editorial board of the Globe spotlighted the commissioner's plan and stood firmly against it, arguing that the appeal board must stay. Readers of the Globe's editorial added interesting comments, showing that the public, in general, is very opposed to the plan.
