State Reduces Mileage Reimbursement Rate

Please be advised that Secretary of Administration and Finance Leslie Kirwan is changing the employee mileage reimbursement rates effective February 22, 2009. Reimbursement will be reduced from 45 cents to 40 cents, in line with the significant reduction in gas prices.

Pursuant to M.G.L Chapter 30, Section 25, the Secretary of Administration and Finance has also changed the mileage reimbursement rate for managers and confidential employees covered by the Rules Governing Paid Leave and other Benefits (RED Book).
