2008 Contract Survey

To help us determine our priorities for 2008 contract negotiations, we need to hear from you. Please open and complete the contract survey (below) for your unit. You can first print the survey and fill it out with a pen, or you can complete the form by typing your responses directly onto the form, then print it. Instructions for returning the survey are provided on the form.
Note: Online versions of the survey, which can be filled out and submitted electronically (you won't have to print and mail or fax) will be available Tuesday, October 9.
