NAGE and the Trial Court have reached an agreement on a VOLUNTARY cost-savings program, a program now listed on the Trial Court’s website. Please understand that participation in this program is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. NAGE Trial Court members may choose to participate in voluntary layoffs, leaves of absence, or modified work schedules, but the program is VOLUNTARY ONLY.
