Victory for Rocky Hill Police Department

Members of IBPO Local 316 have reached the end of a 10 month grievance with the town of Rocky Hill, CT.  Thanks to the work of National Representative Ed Kosinski, the members have come out victorious and will each be receiving a substantial settlement.

The town maintained that if the police department was above minimum staffing on a holiday, officers were to be sent home.  As a result, officers were losing their benefit of holiday pay.  An agreement was reached, and all affected officers were rewarded back pay for each of the holidays that they had been sent home.

Thank you to Representative Ed Kosinski for your consistent hard work, and congratulations to the members of IBPO Local 316!
