Trial Court and Union Set to Begin Bargaining

The Trial Court and the Union have secured November 22, 2016 as our first bargaining session for a new contract. As you know, our contract expires June 30, 2017 so preparations have been taking place to get ready to bargain.

Thank you to all that participated in the on-line contract questionnaire, your feedback is imperative in shaping our proposals to move forward.
I will be meeting with members of your EBoard over the next few weeks to finalize proposals.

Any last minute suggestions, please call or email your respective Local President.

Thank you very much,

David Bernard, Trial Court Director
