NAGE Letter to Governor Baker on Trigger Gets Quick Response

On Friday, May 25, 2018, NAGE President David J. Holway sent a letter to Governor Baker, asking some hard hitting questions about the "trigger" that needs to be met in order for our State and Trial Court members to gain an additional 1% pay increase.  The Governor responded to President Holway within an hour of recieving the letter, stating that the administration would never intentionally interfere with revenue collection, but he would look in to the matter further.  We will keep you updated as this matter progresses.  Please see the letter below.
