In continuing our commitment to helping members and their families achieve their educational goals and dreams, NAGE is proud to announce the 8th Annual NAGE Scholarships program. Each year, fifty scholarships in the amount of $500 each are awarded in a lottery. Applicants for the lottery drawing scholarships must be planning to attend or already be attending a two- or four-year college, trade or technical school to be eligible. Scholarships are available to members of NAGE, IBPO, IBCO, and IAEP, and the member's spouse, child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or significant other. The application, which is available by clicking the link below, takes about 3 minutes to complete.
Scholarships will be awarded without regard to the sex, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, or disability of any applicant.
NAGE Scholarship applications must be postmarked no later than May 27, 2011. Scholarship recipients will be chosen in a random drawing on June 10, 2011; winners will be announced on this web site on or before June 15, 2011.

The SEIU 2011-2012 Scholarship application will be available in November 2010.
Through five different scholarship programs, SEIU awards 52 scholarships that enable SEIU members and their children to pursue their educational goals at accredited colleges, universities, and technical schools.
All applications must be postmarked by January 31, 2011.
The Union Plus Scholarship offers $150,000 in scholarships annually to members, their spouses and dependents. Students who are beginning or continuing their secondary education are eligible. Awards are based on academic achievement, character, leadership, social awareness, career goals and financial need.
