Recruiting Bonus Program

NAGE is growing stronger every day, thanks to all of you who believe in the power of solidarity and believe that unions can improve our lives, both on the job and off. We know that it's your commitment to and belief in the union that continues to strengthen and grow our locals through organizing drives and recruiting campaigns.

One way that the National tries to recognize the efforts of so many of you is by offering a recruiting bonus program.

Any member (or local leader) who recruits a new member is entitled to a recruiting bonus of $25 per new member recruited. Bonuses are paid each month around the 15th of the month. To receive the bonus:

Ask the new member to complete an SF1187 form (dues deduction form). You can download a copy to fill out below.
Make a copy of the original SF1187 form to turn in along with your completed Recruiting Bonus Voucher (download below).
On your Recruiting Bonus Voucher, be sure to include a full address for the recruiter and for each new member. We use this information to send the recruiter a bonus check and to send the new member a membership card and communications from the National.
Fax or mail (address and phone number are on form) your completed Recruiting Bonus Voucher along with a copy of each new member's SF 1187 you.
